Villa Kırca Çavdır is a very sheltered villa with a large garden and pool located in Kalkan-Çavdır area. Since the detached swimming pool is very sheltered from the outside, our guests who want to be away from attention on holiday will be comfortable.
The villa has two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. While the living room has a seating area, television and furniture, there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.
It consists of a total of 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends and Honeymooners. Everything has been considered for our guests in our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat wonderful meals at the garden table, or swing on the swings and have pleasant moments.

Note: Heating is available as of October 1st.
If requested, the landlord must be informed 2 days in advance. In November and December, the heating fee is 1250 TL.
The villa is delivered to the guests clean and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 4000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
