RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUND
The prepayment of the villa/apartment/apartment fee deposited to the VILLABIZ account (regardless of which channel is made) is not refunded to the customer less than 60 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellation conditions;
a) The prepayment sent for the reservation can be refunded up to 90 days before the start of the Trip.
b) Until the 60th day before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total rental price.
c) If it occurs between 29 days before the start of the trip and the day the trip starts, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the trip cost.
If the customer pays the entire price of the villa/apartment/apartment to VILLABİZ at his/her own request (with EFT or money order or in a single withdrawal with cash or credit card), a fee is charged for cancellations up to 30 days. days ago villa/flat/flat. 30% (thirty percent) of the price will be burned. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) is returned to the account number to be notified by the customer. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this amount.
If the cancellation of the reservation has occurred 29 days or less before the entry date to the villa/apartment/apartment, or if the villa/apartment/apartment has not been entered and/or there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer.
Material damage that may arise due to refund transactions of payments made by credit card cannot be loaded onto VILLABİZ. Such material damage, commission fee, etc. loads are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.
If the villa/apartment/apartment reservation is canceled by VILLABİZ for any reason, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/flat/flat on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall within the scope of "force majeure", the money received will be returned to the customer.
In addition, for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (indicated on the detail page of the villa/apartment/apartment website), the full deposit has been paid and specific to these villas/apartments/flats (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page); 30 days before the reservation date) In villas/apartments/apartments where the full rental price has to be paid), the entire rental price of the villas/apartments/apartments is collected from the customer. No refund will be made even if the reservation is cancelled.
In case the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, VILLABIZ reserves the right to cancel the said reservation, not to refund the previously paid fee and to rebook this villa/apartment/apartment.
Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (eg by e-mail or registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by phone call are not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter reaches VILLABIZ.
VILLABİZ cannot be held responsible for not using the villa/apartment/apartment due to the fault of the customer, or for the termination of the contract without a duly written notice, provided that this contract is valid as of the clearly declared reservation confirmation. parties.
All of the price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/flat/flat and all legal rights of VILLABİZ in this regard are reserved.
