    RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

    VILLABIZ takes 30% of the total fee to be paid for the villa/apartment/apartment as a deposit after the pre-rental is made.

     

    If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day after the pre-lease is made, the villa/apartment/apartment is reserved and kept in your name. You will be informed of the deposit amount you have to pay and our bank account numbers as well as via e-mail, SMS or phone.

     

    Payment can be made via Money Order, EFT and Credit Card on the site within 1 (one) business day following the deposit.

     

    Villa/Apartment/Apartment rental confirmation will be sent to you in writing within 1 business day at the latest after the deposit is received.

    In case the down payment is not paid, VILLABIZ will be able to use the right to cancel the pre-reservation and get another reservation for the villa/apartment/pension without notifying the customer.

     

    The remaining fee of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is collected in cash (cash) when the contract is made and the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is checked and the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is delivered.

     

    Again, due to the delivery of VILLABIZ furnished Villa/Apartment/Apartment to the customer, the goods are broken, damaged, lost, lost etc. If there is a damage deposit of 500TL/1000TL, this deposit is taken.     VILLA / APARTMENT / APARTMENT ENTRANCE / EXIT

     

    On the reservation start day, the check-in time to the villa/apartment/apartment is 16.00 at the earliest and 20.00 at the latest.

     In case of early departure, VILLABIZ must be informed 24 hours in advance.

    VILLA / APART / FLAT CAPACITY

     

    Guests are strictly not allowed in our Villas/Apartments/Apartments above the capacity specified on our website or over the number of people specified when making the reservation (including children and babies).

     

    If the customer wishes to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, a written application will be made to VILLABIZ and this change can be approved if the capacity of the villa/apartment/apartment is deemed appropriate by VILLABIZ.

     

    VILLABIZ may charge additional fees from the customer.

     

    After entering the villa/apartment/apartment, guests are not accepted to the villa/apartment/apartment, except for the guests specified in the reservation list. In cases where it is determined to the contrary, VILLABIZ has the right to request the guests to leave the villa/apartment/apartment, to cancel the reservation completely or to demand that the villa/apartment/apartment be completely evacuated without waiting for the end of the rental period, to charge the full price and an extra fee.

    VILLA/APART/APARTMENT CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES

     

    Daily, weekly, monthly villa/apartment/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning.

     

    Weekly cleaning and towels/sheets etc for stays of 2 (two) weeks. change is included in the price. Apart from this, all kinds of cleaning and towels / sheets etc. to be requested. exchange is subject to a fee.

     

    Every morning, pool and garden maintenance is carried out, and if any technical problems occur in the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by the landlord, VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible, it only helps to solve the problem.

     

     In order to carry out the periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/apartments, the personnel in charge must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment/apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the personnel in charge to enter the villa/apartment/apartment when necessary.

     

     Unless otherwise stated on the villa/apartment/apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning are included in the prices.

     

    Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all our villas/apartments/apartments, so it is recommended that you carefully read the properties of the villa/apartment/apartment you are renting from our villa/apartment/apartment properties page.

     

     

     

    PET/CIGARETTE

     

    Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas/apartments/apartments.

    PRICES

     

    Villa/apartment/flat rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly.

     

    Deposit can be made to our bank accounts by money order, EFT, or Credit Card payment system.

     

     

     

    RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS

     

    The prepayment (regardless of the channel made) of the villa/apartment/apartment fee deposited to the VILLABIZ account will not be refunded to the customer.

     

    Cancellation conditions;

     

    a) The prepayment sent for the reservation is refundable if it is up to 90 days before the start of the Trip.

     

    b) If it is up to the 60th day before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total rental price.

     

    c) If it happens between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the travel cost.

     

    In case the customer pays the entire price of the villa/apartment/apartment to VILLABIZ at his/her own request (with EFT or money order or in cash or in a single withdrawal with a credit card), the cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment from the moment of payment. 30% (thirty percent) of the price will be burned. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be returned to the account number to be notified by the customer. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money.

     

    If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 29 days or less before the entry date to the villa/apartment/apartment, or if the villa/apartment/apartment is not checked in and/or there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer.

     

    The material damage that may arise due to the refund transactions of the payments made by credit card cannot be imposed on VILLABİZ. This kind of material damage, commission fee, etc. Such loads are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.

     

    If, for any reason, the villa/apartment/apartment reservation is canceled by VILLABİZ, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

     

    In addition, for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page), the entire deposit paid and for these villas/apartments/flats (specified on the villa/apartment website detail page; 30 days before the reservation date) For villas/apartments/apartments for which the full price must be paid), the total rental price of the villa/apartment/flats is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

     

    If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, VILLABIZ reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to reimburse the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment.

     

    Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter is received by VILLABIZ.

     

    VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for not using the villa/apartment/apartment for a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without duly written notification, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the clear declaration of the parties.

     

    All of the price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment, and all legal rights of VILLABİZ in this regard are reserved.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT

     

    Depending on the characteristics of each villa/apartment/apartment, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer. This deposit amount will be included in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process.

     

    The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment, there will be no damage, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash.

     

    In case the customer wants to leave the villa/apartment/apartment earlier than specified in the contract or the exit control of the villa/apartment/apartment cannot be made due to the density, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the customer. If the damage to the villa/apartment/apartment exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.

     

     

     

    SWIMMING POOLS

    HEATED SWIMMING POOLS

    OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY

     

    VILLABIZ ; is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment/apartment to the customer at the specified date and time, clean and ready for use.

     

    At the entrance to the villa/apartment/apartment, if there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction, the customer should immediately notify VILLABİZ and request that these problems be corrected.

     

    VILLABIZ will notify this request to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment or the relevant company and will ensure that this defect is rectified within 48 hours at the latest.

     

    VILLABIZ is not responsible for the elimination of the problem, it helps to eliminate the problem.

     

    VİLLABİZ cannot be held responsible for any failures not reported on time.

     

    VILLABIZ acts as an intermediary between the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment and the customer, and therefore the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment is responsible for eliminating any problems that may occur in the villa/apartment/apartment.

     

    Apart from this, any accident, illness, injury, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur and are under the responsibility of the customers. and fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the villa/apartment/apartment.     INVOICE – TAX

    VILLABIZ is only obliged to issue an invoice for the profit it earns, it does not issue invoices for the profits earned by third parties, institutions, individuals, companies, and cannot be held responsible or liable for this.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS

     

    Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic goods and other furniture in the villa/apartment/apartment that are delivered to them in working and intact condition.

     

    Customers have to leave all kitchen utensils delivered to them clean in the same way.

In the event that VILLABIZ receives a complaint about the customer and his accompanying guests for such reasons, VILLABIZ has the right to request the customer to vacate the villa/apartment/apartment before the reservation period expires.

     

    VİLLABİZ does not guarantee 100% invisibility for our customers who will stay in villas specified on the web page and defined as conservative (villas whose pool is not visible from the outside).

     

     Regarding invisibility, customers have to ensure their own privacy.

     

    VILLABIZ does not accept responsibility for such problems. VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for such problems.

     

     

     

    Force Majeure

     

    In cases of force majeure, VILLABIZ may terminate this contract unilaterally without taking any legal responsibility.

     

     War in the region or in the country, threat of war, uprising, strikes, terrorist activities, epidemics, technical problems that may occur in transportation, superstructure and infrastructure works made by municipalities or public institutions that VILLABIZ cannot prevent, prohibitions by state authorities in the region and foreseeable All events beyond our control and beyond our control will be considered within the scope of force majeure.

     

    COMPLAINTS

     

    Customers shall immediately notify VILLABIZ about their complaints during their stay in the villa/apartment/apartment.

    5) The customer may obtain a taxi, transfer vehicle or rental vehicle from third parties. VILLABIZ does not interfere with the transfer or taxi service, which will be rented or rented from third parties. It is the customer's own responsibility.

     

    6) VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible if the customer who has rented the villa or apartment or flat is dissatisfied with the geographical location of the rented villa or apartment or flat. VILLABIZ has marked the location of the villa/apartment/apartment approximately on Google Map.

     

    7) VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for any damage to your private or rented vehicle during transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment.

    13) All of the villas have a hot water tank of approximately 160 liters heated by solar energy. The customer is personally responsible for the problems caused by the lack of hot water due to excessive consumption of hot water other than fair use, VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for the problems arising from this situation.

     

    14) No food, drink, any food product etc. in any of our villas/apartments/apartments. not available. In any villa/apartment/apartment, breakfast, lunch, dinner, open buffet etc. There are no such services. The supply of these products is the customer's own responsibility. VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for such situations.

     

    15) VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for situations such as no mobile phone signal being received at all, low reception or no internet connection from mobile phones in Villas/Apartments/Apartments or on the road. You can call your GSM operator and get detailed information about the GSM signal status in the area you are going to.

     

    16) By credit card or mail order or EFT or money order or etc. Even if you pay in the form of a "confirmation e-mail" and "confirmation document", absolutely, plane ticket, bus ticket, etc. do not buy.     17) All accidents and incidents caused by the customer in the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, fire, electricity leakage, tube leakage and the resulting deaths and accidents, telephone and internet cut-offs caused by the internet provider (Turk Telekom etc.), power cuts caused by the Electricity Company, VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for the water cut caused by the Water Company.

    21) The customer who wants to prefer conservative villas, which are called villas whose pool is not visible from the outside, can be found on the detail page of the villa; “this villa is suitable for conservative families”, “the pool is not visible from the outside”, “ladies wearing hijab may prefer” etc. If there are no phrases, that villa is not a conservative villa. The customer who rents the villa without such phrases cannot claim that the villa is not conservative. VILLABIZ is not responsible for such cases.     22) Inside the Villa/Apartment/Apartment or on the pool garden or pool terrace, ants or insects etc. due to any food item or your garbage. The customer is personally responsible for the collection of animals or different animals, VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for this situation.

     

     

     

    23) All kinds of diseases, chlorine allergy, etc. that may occur due to the water coming from the swimming pool or shower of the villa/apartment/apartment. VILLABIZ cannot be held responsible for chemical allergies. We recommend that people with health or body sensitivities do not enter the pool.

     

    24) All kinds of cattle, sheep and goats, chickens, partridges, etc. around the rented villa/apartment/apartment.     CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION TO ANY OF OUR VILLAS/APARTMENTS/APARTMENTS ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS. BEHAVIOR AGAINST ANY OF THESE TERMS GIVES "VILLABIZ" THE RIGHT TO UNIVERSAL CANCELLATION, NO REFUND, AND CLAIM THE FULL FEE.
