Parties and purpose
This agreement has been made between “VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti”, the hirer (hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”), on the one part, and “VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti'', the lessor (hereinafter referred to as “VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti”), on the other, for the purpose of renting the “VILLA” for a period whose start and end dates are set in advance.
The customer and any persons accompanying them who make a booking for any of the villas within VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti via our website, by telephone or by e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following terms in advance.
Any breach of any of the following terms entitles “VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti” to cancel the booking unilaterally, to ask the customer to leave the villa, not to refund the deposit, security deposit, damage charges or rental fee received, and to claim the full amount of any unpaid rental fees.
Booking and payment
Pre-bookings for our villas can be made using the booking form on our website, by SMS, by telephone or by e-mail.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti carries out your pre-booking once you have specified the villa you wish to rent and your rental dates and provided the necessary contact and billing details.
Once the pre-booking has been made, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti takes 30% of the total amount payable for the villa as a deposit.
If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day of the pre-booking, the villa will be reserved and held in your name. The deposit amount you need to pay and our bank account numbers will also be sent to you by e-mail, SMS or telephone.
The deposit can be paid within 1 (one) business day by bank transfer, EFT or by credit card via the website.
Written confirmation of the villa rental will be sent to you within 1 business day at the latest of receipt of the deposit.
The rental confirmation states the total price, the deposit received, the dates for which the villa has been rented in your name and the date and time your deposit was paid.
If the deposit is not paid, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti , may cancel the pre-booking without notifying the customer and accept other bookings for the villa.
The remaining balance for the villa is collected in advance (in cash) on handover of the villa, once the agreement has been made and the villa has been checked.
In addition, as the property is handed over to the customer furnished, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti , takes a damage deposit of 500 TL/1000 TL against breakage, damage, loss, wastage etc. of the contents; this deposit is collected in advance (in cash) on handover of the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded to the customer at check-out provided nothing is missing after the inventory has been checked.
To avoid any inconvenience arising from the above, please make sure you have these amounts ready in cash on the day of arrival at the villa.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in time on the first day of the booking is from 16.00 at the earliest to 20.00 at the latest.
The customer may not check in outside the stated hours; if the customer arrives after the latest stated check-in time, they may check in the following morning when VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti’s office opens (09.00).
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for problems arising from the customer being unable to check in because they arrived before or after the stated times, including overnight accommodation, failure to find accommodation, etc.
The customer must find a place to spend the night themselves and pay for that accommodation themselves. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for such situations.
At the end of the booking, check-out time for all our regions is 10:00 in the morning at the latest.
The customer is personally responsible for all problems, losses, inconvenience and any other adverse consequences arising from failing to vacate the villa, or vacating it late, at 10.00 in the morning, and shall cover any financial loss suffered by VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti as a result.
We strongly recommend that travel plans are made around these times so that neither party is inconvenienced.
If an early departure is required,VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti must be notified 24 hours in advance.
If, due to a busy schedule, the customer checks out before the villa can be inspected, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account specified by the customer, and the transfer charges will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If the customer leaves the villa early of their own accord, no refund of the accommodation fee will be made.
Villa capacity
Under no circumstances will our villas accept more guests than the capacity stated on our website or the number of people stated when booking (children and infants included).
If the customer wishes to change the number of people after the booking has been confirmed, a written request must be made to VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, and the change may be approved subject to the villa's capacity and at VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti’s discretion.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti may charge the customer an additional fee.
After check-in, under no circumstances will guests other than those named on the booking list be admitted to the villa. Where this is found not to be the case,VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, is entitled to ask the guests to leave the villa, to cancel the booking entirely or to require the villa to be fully vacated without waiting for the end of the rental period, and to claim the full fee plus additional charges.
The villa is rented on the basis of the customer's declaration; the customer confirms that the information they have provided is accurate and complete and accepts all liability arising in this respect.
Villa cleaning/maintenance and extra costs
Daily, weekly and monthly villa rental prices include cleaning before arrival.
For stays of 2 (two) weeks or more, weekly cleaning and a change of towels/bed linen etc. are included in the price. Any other cleaning or change of towels/bed linen etc. requested is charged separately.
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning, and any technical problems with the villa during the rental period will be resolved by the owner; VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible, but will only help to get the problem resolved.
For the periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas, staff need to enter the villa's garden or interior. To ensure these services run smoothly, the customer must allow staff to enter the villa when necessary.
Unless otherwise stated on the villa details page of our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning are included in the price.
Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be standard in every villa, so we recommend that you read the features of the villa you are renting carefully on our villa features page.
Pets/smoking
Unless otherwise stated, pets are strictly not permitted in our villas.
Smoking is not permitted in the indoor areas of any of our villas.
Prices
The villa rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly or monthly.
The deposit can be paid into our bank accounts by bank transfer, by EFT or via the credit card payment system.
Booking, payment, cancellation and refund terms
For cancellation and change requests relating to bookings, the ''GUEST'' must submit a request via their own booking panel. Details for logging in to the booking panel are sent to the ''GUEST'' by e-mail and SMS once the booking is complete. Verbal requests (by telephone) will not be accepted under any circumstances. Requests to change the dates of a guest's booking will be considered provided they are notified to VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti no later than 30 days before the start date of the service. As change requests are at the discretion of the property the Agency works with and depend on the property's availability, no objection may be raised against VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, nor can VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti be held responsible, for change requests that cannot be fulfilled.
1) The deposit paid for the booking is strictly non-refundable.
2) If payment has been made in full, 70% will be refunded to the account number you provide and 30% will be retained as the deposit.
3) If payment has been made in full and the booking is cancelled 15 days or fewer before the check-in date, or if the guest does not check in and no stay takes place at the property, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the guest.
4) Where the GUEST fails to pay compensation arising from this agreement, these amounts will be legally claimed from the GUEST by VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti by means of a formal notice or enforcement proceedings. In such cases, all costs that may arise (lawyer, notary, enforcement and file costs, etc.) will be claimed from the GUEST in addition to the amount payable. The deposit paid by the guest has been paid for the villa they booked and cannot be transferred to another villa.
Exceptional circumstances
In circumstances entirely beyond our control, such as health risks, epidemics, war, threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters or the death of a first-degree family member of the booking holder, provided the necessary documents are submitted to our company, the deposit paid for the booking will be held on account for use on a different booking and deducted from the total amount of the new booking. Pursuant to sub-paragraph (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car hire, food and beverage supply and the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreation that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit of a different amount, depending on the features of each villa, will be collected from the customer. This deposit amount will be stated in writing in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the booking process.
The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of arrival and will be refunded in cash if, at the inspection carried out before the customer leaves, there is no damage, nothing missing, etc. to the villa, which was handed over in good condition, or its fixtures.
If the customer wishes to leave the villa earlier than the time stated in the agreement, or if the check-out inspection cannot be carried out due to a busy schedule, the deposit will be sent to an account number provided by the customer. If the damage caused to the villa exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage; otherwise, legal action will be taken.
Swimming pools
The temperature of our villas' swimming pools varies according to the weather and seasonal temperatures; VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible if the customer renting the villa is unable to swim, and therefore unable to use the pool, because it is cold.
Customers renting a villa can find out the weather forecast for their rental dates on the website of the Turkish State Meteorological Service or by calling the Turkish State Meteorological Service.
Heated swimming pools
Not every villa's swimming pool has a heating system. If a heating system is available, this is clearly stated on the villa's details page.
Some are charged for and some are free of charge.
This is also clearly stated on the villa's details page.
The water temperature of heated swimming pools varies between 26 and 29 degrees Celsius. It is in no way boiling or very hot water like that found at thermal springs or spas. Please do not expect this.
You should bear this in mind when renting your villa and requesting paid heating. No refunds will be given to those who request their heating payment back using expressions such as “This water isn't hot”.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is not, and cannot be held, responsible for a customer who has rented a villa on this basis (with pool heating) being unable to use the pool for such reasons. Furthermore, as pool heating is electric, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is not, and cannot be held, responsible for the pool cooling down due to power cuts caused by the electricity authority.
Our responsibilities and guarantee
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti ; is responsible for handing the villa over to the customer clean and ready for use on the specified date and at the specified time.
If, on arrival, any item is broken or not working or there is any other fault, the customer must notify VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti’ immediately and request that the fault be rectified.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti will pass this request on to the villa owner or the relevant company and ensure that the fault is rectified within 48 hours at the latest.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is not responsible for rectifying the fault, but helps to get it rectified.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti , cannot be held responsible for faults not reported in good time
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, acts as an intermediary between the villa owner and the customer, and the villa owner is therefore responsible for rectifying any faults that may occur at the villa.
Furthermore, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness, injury, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that falls within the customers' own responsibility, or for incidents and accidents such as fire, theft, etc. that may occur at the villa.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti will under no circumstances be responsible for problems arising from any service the customer obtains from third parties/companies when travelling to or from the villa or during their holiday, such as excursions, shopping, food, drink, entertainment, transport, travel or guiding services
After leaving the villa, the customer may not claim any right or refund for a service they did not receive because of a fault or breakdown that they did not report to VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti during their stay.
Invoices – tax
None of the villas published on the VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti website belong to VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
Each villa is owned by different people, individuals, institutions or companies.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, acts as an intermediary (agent) for people, individuals, institutions and companies renting out their villas to customers; VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, therefore only issues an invoice for its intermediary (agency) services.
In other words, it earns a certain intermediary (agency) margin out of the fee paid by the customer and issues an invoice for this margin. As the remainder is the villa owner's income, it does not issue an invoice for the remainder.
The remaining amount is the responsibility of the villa owner, and the villa owner therefore issues the invoice for it.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, is only obliged to issue invoices for the margin it earns itself; it does not issue invoices for income earned by third parties, institutions, people or companies, and is not, and cannot be held, responsible for this in any way.
Customers' responsibilities
Customers are obliged to use the villa, the pool, the garden furniture, and all electrical and electronic appliances and other furniture handed over to them in working and sound condition, with care and keep them clean.
Customers must leave all kitchenware, which was handed over to them clean, in the same clean condition.
On the day of departure, the villa must be handed back with all rubbish disposed of and the washing-up done.
Otherwise, and where the villa is left dirtier than is reasonable, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Ştiwill deduct a cleaning fee from the damage deposit.
In the event of any damage to the villa, customers are obliged to inform VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti’.
The cost of any damage caused to the villa and any items lost by customers during their stay will be deducted from the damage deposit, if one has been taken; where the damage exceeds the damage deposit, the customer will be required to pay in cash.
In addition, the customer and those accompanying them must take care to observe social and moral rules, not to make noise that disturbs the neighbourhood, not to play loud music, and not to engage in any conduct prohibited by the laws of our country or constituting an offence. If VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti receives a complaint about the customer and those accompanying them for such reasons, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is entitled to ask the customer to vacate the villa before the end of the booking period.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti does not give a one hundred per cent guarantee of privacy to customers staying in villas listed on the website as conservative (villas whose pool cannot be seen from outside).
With regard to privacy, customers must ensure their own privacy themselves.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, accepts no responsibility for such problems. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, can under no circumstances be held responsible for such problems.
Force majeure
In circumstances falling within the scope of force majeure, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti may terminate this agreement unilaterally without incurring any legal liability.
War, threat of war, uprisings, strikes, terrorist activities, epidemics in the region or country, technical problems with transport, superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public authorities that VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot prevent, bans imposed in the region by state officials, and all unforeseeable events beyond our control will be considered force majeure.
Complaints
Customers must report any complaints during their stay at the villa to VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti immediately.
The subject of the complaint will be investigated by VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti staff and the necessary measures will be taken immediately.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for complaints not reported during the stay and made after the stay has ended and the customer has left the villa.
Security and privacy policy
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, will not disclose personal information to any company or third party except in the cases defined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti never sells the personal information of visitors, registered users or partners to third parties.
Personal information means any information that identifies the user, such as name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, may use personal information internally to determine user profiles and carry out statistical studies, and may share it with third parties solely for the purpose of carrying out these studies.
VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, undertakes to keep personal information strictly private and confidential, to treat this as an obligation of confidentiality, and to take the necessary measures and exercise due care to ensure and maintain confidentiality and to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain, being used without authorisation or being disclosed to a third party.
Although VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti ‘ takes the necessary information security measures, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti ‘ will bear no liability if confidential information is damaged or falls into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the “www.villabiz.com.tr” website and system.
The www.villabiz.com.tr website may contain links to other websites.
www.villabiz.com.tr, bears no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of websites accessed via links.
www.villabiz.com.tr, identifies and uses users' IP addresses when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in general terms and to collect comprehensive demographic information.
Other important information
1) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for situations beyond VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti’s control, such as the roads to the villa being in poor condition, uphill, unpaved or wet.
2) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for accidents etc. – in short, any adverse event – that may occur while travelling to the villa.
3) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible if various materials used in the construction of some villas (cedar wood, pine wood, certain plastic products, any plants in the garden or inside the villa, etc.) cause the customer physical or psychological discomfort.
4) Customers staying in any of our villas will need their own vehicle. The customer is responsible for their own transport to the villa. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible.
5) The customer may arrange a taxi, transfer vehicle or hire car from third parties. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, does not get involved in any vehicle hired or to be hired from third parties or in any transfer or taxi service. This is the customer's own responsibility.
6) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible if the customer who has rented a villa is dissatisfied with its geographical location. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, has marked the villa's location approximately on Google Maps.
7) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for any damage to your own or hired vehicle while travelling to the villa.
8) Any adverse consequences arising from the customer's vehicle (motorbike, car, etc.) having low ground clearance or insufficient engine power, or from the customer's inexperience in driving a car, motorbike, etc., and their consequent inability to reach the villa, are the customer's own responsibility. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for these or similar problems.
9) The “distance table” on the villa's details page on “www.villabiz.com.tr” is approximate. Distances are not stated with complete precision and there may be minor inaccuracies. The customer renting the villa agrees to take this into account.
10) The “airport” stated in the “distance table” on the villa's details page on “www.villabiz.com.tr” is the airport closest to the villa. This may be Dalaman, Bodrum or Antalya Airport, etc. You should ask a Villa Biz representative which airport is closest. Otherwise, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for problems arising from buying a plane ticket to the wrong or a more distant airport.
11) The distances in the “distance table” on the villa's details page on “www.villabiz.com.tr” have been written with reference to the nearest restaurant, the nearest beach, the nearest settlement, the nearest beach, the nearest road served by public transport and the nearest airport. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti accepts no responsibility if the restaurant or shop mentioned has closed.
12) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for any accidents in the villa's pool, such as drowning, falls, broken legs or broken arms.
13) All villas have a solar-heated hot water tank of approximately 160 litres. The customer is personally responsible for any problems arising from hot water running out due to excessive hot water consumption beyond fair use, and VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for problems arising from this.
14) None of our villas contain food, drink or any other food products. No villa offers any services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, open buffet, etc. Obtaining these products is the customer's own responsibility. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for such matters.
15) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for situations such as there being no or weak mobile phone signal, or no mobile internet, at the villa or on the way. You can call your mobile network operator for detailed information about mobile signal coverage in the area you are travelling to.
16) Even if you pay by credit card, mail order, EFT, bank transfer or similar, do not under any circumstances buy plane tickets, bus tickets, etc. until you have received a “confirmation e-mail” and a “confirmation document”. Even if you have paid VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, you will under no circumstances be deemed to have rented the villa until you receive a “confirmation e-mail” and a “confirmation document”. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for any material or non-material damage arising from this or similar situations in which the customer has acted hastily.
17) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for any accidents and incidents caused by the customer at the villa, including fire, electrical leakage or gas leakage and any resulting deaths and accidents, for telephone and internet outages caused by the internet provider (Türk Telekom, etc.), for power cuts caused by the Electricity Company or for water cuts caused by the Water Company.
18) The villa is exactly as shown on our website, and excuses such as it not looking as it does on the website, looking better on the website, or being larger or smaller than on the website, etc. will never be accepted, and VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for them.
19) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects arising from favourable or unfavourable natural events/conditions or favourable or unfavourable weather/conditions.
20) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for incidents such as the customer being stung by bees, scorpions, insects or snakes, or bitten by cats, dogs, etc.
21) For customers who wish to choose a conservative villa, also known as a villa whose pool cannot be seen from outside: if the villa's details page does not include statements such as “this villa is suitable for conservative families”, “the pool cannot be seen from outside” or “suitable for women who wear the headscarf”, then that villa is not a conservative villa. A customer who rents a villa without such statements cannot claim that the villa is not conservative. VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is under no circumstances responsible in such cases. We recommend that customers renting a villa read all the details carefully.
22) The customer is personally responsible for ants, insects or other animals gathering inside the villa or in the pool garden or pool terrace because of any food or rubbish, and VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti cannot be held responsible for this
23) VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for any illness, chlorine allergy or other chemical allergy that may arise from the water in the villa's swimming pool or shower. We recommend that people with health conditions or sensitive skin do not use the pool.
24) All kinds of livestock farming (cattle, sheep and goats, chickens, partridges, etc.) may take place around the rented villa, and all kinds of fertiliser may be used in the garden of the rented villa or in the gardens of neighbouring villas; VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti can under no circumstances be held responsible for any disturbing animal noises or unpleasant smells that may result from these or similar circumstances.
25) In cases such as the cancellation of leave for public sector or private company employees, or the cancellation of weddings, all rental terms remain fully applicable and cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. These are not considered force majeure.
The customer has accepted all of the conditions set out above, and should they attempt to terminate the rental agreement by putting forward these or similar excuses, VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti may exercise its right to terminate the agreement unilaterally and to claim the contract price.
Disputes
The Fethiye Enforcement Offices and Courts have jurisdiction over any legal disputes that may arise in relation to matters within the scope of this agreement.
CUSTOMERS WHO BOOK ANY OF OUR VILLAS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS. ANY BREACH OF ANY OF THESE TERMS ENTITLES " VillaBiz Eml. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti" TO CANCEL BOOKINGS UNILATERALLY, TO MAKE NO REFUND AND TO CLAIM THE FULL AMOUNT.
