Our villa is located in the Patara area of Kalkan, the calmest region of Antalya and with the deep blue fascination of the Mediterranean bays. The pine and cedar forests surrounding it combine with the perfect maquis climate; With its location where the end always reaches the endless blue, it makes every moment special and unforgettable for our honeymoon couples who want a perfect holiday. With its proximity to touristic areas such as Patara Beach, Kaputaş Beach, Saklıkent Canyon, and Secretkent Waterfall, it offers a holiday opportunity to explore the surroundings without getting stuck in traffic.
NOTE: Daily pool heating fee for rentals between December 28 and January 2 is 1,000 TL.
* Since our villa is located in nature, in the surroundings; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility that there may be, this is quite natural.
Villa Patara Eros has a capacity of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. The villa has 2 bathrooms Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. While the living room has a seating area, television and furniture, there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.
NOTE: Pool heating costs 1000 TL per day.
Extras
The villa is delivered to the guests clean and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
