Our villa is located in İslamlar area, one of the quiet locations of Kaş/Kalkan holiday resort. It has become a favorite for villa holidays in recent years. It provides a luxurious holiday opportunity to its guests with its location surrounded by forests, where you can reach the center in 15 minutes by car, and its magnificent view.
* Since our villa is freely located in nature, in the surroundings; Butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility that there may be, this is quite natural.
Note: Providing heating service between 1 November and 1 May is included in the price. In other months, it will be opened with a daily fee of 1000 TL upon request. Guests who request heating must inform us at least 3 days in advance.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests clean and is cleaned at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, maintenance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas within the scope of nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically due to the structure of our villas. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required for entry. The deposit is refunded upon departure of the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
