Our villa is located in Ordu, one of the quiet locations of the Kaş/Kalkan holiday resort. It has become a popular villa holiday destination in recent years. It provides a luxurious holiday opportunity to its guests with its location surrounded by forests, where you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, and its magnificent view.
* Since our villa is located in nature, in the surroundings; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility that there may be, this is quite natural.
NOTE: Pool heating costs 1000 TL per day.
Pool heating in 2025 is 1500 TL per day.
Villa Gökçe Ordu has 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 people. The villa has a bathroom and a jacuzzi in two bedrooms. It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. While the living room has a seating area, television and furniture, there is separate air conditioning for all rooms. You can also comfortably stay in the winter months thanks to the villa's heated indoor pool. In our villa, which also has a Turkish bath and sauna, everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail so that you can have a fun time. You can enjoy the villa with its exquisite sea view and relieve all the tiredness of the year.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests clean and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
