Villa Aykurt 1 is a very sheltered villa with a charming garden and pool located in Fethiye Cami neighborhood. Since the detached swimming pool is very sheltered from the outside, our guests who want to be away from the eyes will be comfortable.
* Since our villa has a location in nature, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility, it is quite natural.
NOTE; Indoor pool heating fee is 1500 TL per night.
It consists of 2 bedrooms in total and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and groups of four friends. Everything has been thought of for our guests in our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat wonderful meals at the garden table, swing on the swing and spend pleasant moments.
Extras:
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Infrastructure works can be done periodically in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL and a damage deposit of 1000 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.
